Want one? ? a little throwback to these SPICY “TUNA” CHICKPEA WRAPS ⭐️ RECIPE BELOW! In these wraps I added some greens, pickled red cabbage + faddish, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, and smokey bacon @simpl_sauces ?
__
I made these a little while back by mashing some chickpeas and adding a mix of vegan mayo, mustard, and other really basic ingredients! It’s honestly SUPER EASY to make and you can make it in big batches then store it in the fridge! This really fors well with salads, bread, and crackers too! —or you can eat them as is too because why not? ??♀️
__
Spicy chickpea “tuna”
1 1/2 cup chickpeas
1/3 cup tofu ranch dressing (recipe in my blog) or vegan mayo
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard/regular mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
__
1. Mash the chickpeas using a fork or quickly process it in a good processor.
2. Add all the ingredients and mix in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
