A hearty and wholesome vegan pasta 🌱 Easy to prepare and so so good for you – what’s not to love? Here’s his delicious pesto recipe!⠀

Instructions ✨ – blend 2 cups fresh basil leaves, 1 cup fresh parsley, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup pine nuts, 1/4 cup virgin olive oil, 1 Tbsp lemon juice and 1/2 Tsp salt until creamy. – enjoy 😊⠀
– Pro tip: use a few Tbsp hot pasta water to smoothen the pesto before mixing with the pasta.
