VEGAN PAD THAI + SAVOURY KALE ✨ This is exactly what I wanted for lunch and it was so. good.
Leftover vegan pad thai (recipe adapted from @frommybowl), but I also sautéd some kale with a drizzle of soy sauce, 1 tsp of coconut oil, and 1 tsp of garlic powder and let it cook until wilted. The result was super savory but tender kale that I’m thinking I’ll be adding to pretty much every dish until I get sick of it 🙌🏼 Does anyone else eat the same thing over and over until you’re tired of it? Or just me? 😅
