Cue these easy vegan, gluten free muffin tops. They’re spicy, sweet (but not too sweet), moist and chewy and the perfect fall breakfast, snack or lunch! Sweetened with dates, packed with iron from the oats, and loaded with vitamin C from the pumpkin 🍂✨ You can also add walnuts or chocolate chips to make them even more delicious (optional, but not really).
