TRIPLE LAYER FUDGE – raw. paleo. vegan. by @paleoglutenfreeeats .
Bottom layer:
3/4 c pecans
1/2 c dates
1/4 c pumpkin seeds
1/4 c cacao nibs
2 T sesame seeds
Dash of salt

Layer 2:
3/4 c almond butter (I used TJs raw crunchy AB)
1/3 c coconut oil
1/4 c maple syrup
Dash of salt
1 t vanilla

Layer 3:
3/4 c tahini (I used TJs organic)
1/3 c coconut oil
1/4 c maple syrup
Dash of salt
Top with macadamia nuts + sea salt flakes.

1. Blend layer 1 in food processor then press into a 8″ pan.
2. Blend ingredients for layer 1 in food processor or you can melt them together in a small sauce pan and that works great. Then pour over the 1st layer and freeze.
3. Do the same for layer 3.
