Toasting to Friday! 🎉🍃🎉🍃 Using @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel toast topped with BlackBerry Chia Jam and @goveggiefoods cream cheese alternative for a sweet and savory flavor explosion. Literally. 😉 Easy recipe for the jam is below. Enjoy your Friday! 🍃✌

Recipe: 3/4 cup fresh blackberries (mashed) +2 T water + 2 teaspoons coconut sugar (or maple syrup) + 1 teaspoon chia seeds + 1 teaspoon flax meal. In small saucepan over med-low heat, all all ingredients except chia and flax. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture reduces amd becomes thicker (add a teaspoon or so of water if it reduces too quickly!). Off the heat, add chia and flax, and stir. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, and enjoy! 🎉🍃🍨
