This weather makes me want to curl up in bed and just watch movies all day. Also wishing some mac n cheese can magically appear in front of me because this weather is making me way too lazy to get anything done 😅

Anyway, sharing this bowl of MAC NO CHEESE with RICE PAPER BACON! I’ll share the Mac no cheese recipes below! You can find the full recipe over on my blog. Happy weekend everyone! To my fellow Filipinos, please stay safe and dry since it’s been gloomy and raining so much this weekend. So many flooded areas too 😥☔️

Mac no Cheese
 __
250 grams pasta of choice (dry)
1 1/2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
1 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.
3. Add in the flour and combine until a paste is formed, around 3 minutes.
4. Add in the garlic, nutritional yeast, tomato paste, non-dairy milk and salt.
5. Stir occasionally over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken.
6. Once sauce has thickened, turn off heat and mix in lemon juice.
7. Add in pasta and mix well. Serve immediately.
