This mole cake is the perfect cake recipe for those who like it simple. I don’t think there is anyone who hasn’t tried it yet and somehow you don’t get enough of it – at least that’s how I feel! The whole family loves him!
Have a nice Sunday ?. Recipe for a 26cm springform pan:
100 g margarine
120 g of sugar or other sweetness
2 eggs
150 g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
30 g baked cocoa
1 pinch of salt
75 ml milk
500 ml cream 3 pack
1 tsp vanilla extract
60 g chocolate flakes
3 bananas
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
Mix the margarine and sugar with the hand mixer for approx. 3 minutes and then stir in the eggs one after the other.
Flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt with a whisk (ideally sieve through a sieve into a mixing bowl and stir in with 75 ml milk under the dough. Fill the dough into a greased springform pan and bake for about 30 minutes no liquid dough will stick. Let it cool down.
Place the cooled soil on a cake plate. Hollow out with a tablespoon about 6mm deep and leave a margin of about 2 cm. Roughly crumble the hollowed-out cake batter in a bowl.
Whip the cream with cream stiff in a bowl until stiff with a hand mixer. Fold in the chocolate flakes. Peel 3 bananas, halve lengthways. Place the halves flat on the hollowed-out floor. Spread the cream on the floor like a dome and sprinkle with the cake crumbs. Put the mole cake in the fridge for about 3 hours.
