The most delicious smoothie bowl + homemade granola to kick off this beautiful Saturday ☀️ I was planning on getting some work done today, but the weather is wayyy too perfect to spend the day indoors ✨ Instead, my boyfriend and I enjoyed coffee outside at our favourite little spot + went for a walk at our favourite place in Toronto ?? I can tend to get caught up in the day-to-day rush of life pretty easily, so one of my biggest goals this year is to go with the flow a little more. Life has been pretty hectic and somewhat stressful these past few weeks, so taking a day to just enjoy was exactly what I needed ✨What’s your favourite way to spend a Saturday?!.

Granola recipe ??:
Mix 1 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup of coconut flakes, 2 tbsp of tahini (or sub PB), 1 tbsp of maple syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp ground ginger in a bowl until combined. Lay combo flat on a lined baking tray, and cook at 375 F for 20 mins (or until golden brown) mixing every ~5 mins to cook evenly. Use as a cereal or to too smoothie bowls, yogurt or as a snack! ?
