The easiest SESAME MAPLE SALMON (FOUR INGREDIENTS including the salmon)! This lunch just came together in less than 15 minutes. I got some of this edamame spaghetti yesterday, which I just talked about in my stories. One of my favorite pastas! Happy Monday lovelies. It’s finally sunny here in Boston and I couldn’t be happier. Wish I didn’t have to be inside all day to be honest. Lots of work to catch up on after being away last week. How was everyone’s weekend?



Deets: @explorecuisine spaghetti tossed in a little sesame oil and liquid aminos, broccoli steamed for a minute then quickly sautéed with some Umami seasoning from Trader Joe’s, @butcher_box salmon (I put a link in my stories for a discount off Butcher Box if you’re interested)…marinate one salmon filet in 1 teaspoon tamari soy sauce (or coconut aminos), 1 teaspoon maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil for a few minutes then season with salt and pepper. Bake skin side down for about 6 minutes (depending on thickness) at 450. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and some cilantro!
