Thank COD for this lunch that is giving me OLIVE the life right now! These BRUSSELS CHIPS, HEMP CRUSTED POTATOES and crispy PALEO LEMON COD is delicious and you should probably try it asap. Took some inspiration from @zestmylemon For these potatoes she posted a long time ago. Today is the Monday-est of Monday’s…anyone else ? i hope you had a fantastic weekend all! Mine was great but very busy! Celebrated my boyfriend’s mom’s 60th last night, which was a nice get together with lots of kids and lots of energy ❤️ I have been working my ? off all morning and sitting down to this bowl right now. How was your weekend all?



Deets: @lef_farms greens topped with roasted tomatoes, olives, Brussels chips (peel Brussels, spray with @chosenfoods avocado oil and bake in a cast iron on 450 for about 5-10 mins (careful not to burn), fingerling potatoes cut into wedges, tossed in a little coconut oil, onion powder, salt, pepper and hemp seeds then baked for 25 mins or so on 450 (I always roast in my cast iron, wild cod dipped in egg white, crusted with a mixture of 2 tablespoons almond meal and 2 teaspoons lemon zest and salt and pepper then baked on 450 for about 5-7 mins depending on thickness. •
