TERIYAKI glazed SALMON SUNDAY bowl for lunch today making me one happy girl. I usually use this glaze for chicken, but DAMN this salmon was a game changer. Posting recipe below. Happy Sunday lovelies! How is everyone’s weekend going? I spent the night with my mom last night eating a lobster feast, watching movies and eating ice cream…today I’ve been cooking and working and about to get ready for the Patriots game tonight 🙃



Deets: teriyaki salmon, Japanese sweets, marinated roasted mushrooms, roasted broccolini with pomegranate seeds and a turmeric yogurt dip (turmeric, coconut aminos, almond milk yogurt and a squeeze of lime). Teriyaki glaze: 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1/2 tsp ginger minced, 1/4 cup liquid aminos, 1 tablespoon coconut sugar, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos…marinate salmon for a half hour then remove (save marinade) and cook on high heat on stove for about 3 minutes per side. Heat the marinade in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer…whisk in a tsp water and 1 tsp of arrowroot flour and cook u til thickens. Then glaze the finished salmon with it. •
