Deets: 1️⃣ 2 slices sweet potato toast. One with a collagen spread made from cocoa powder, @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen, a little maple syrup and Greek yogurt, topped with banana and almond butter. The other with avocado, roasted tomatoes and a soft boiled egg
2️⃣ frozen hot chocolate: 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop @ancientnutrition keto hot chocolate mix, 1 scoop @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen, 1 cup ice…topped with whipped cream, marshmallows and some crunch
3️⃣ zucchini bread oatmeal: 1/2 cup gluten free oats, 1/4 cup shredded zucchini, 1/2 mashed banana, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, dash nutmeg, 1 scoop @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen, 1 cup water, pinch of salt. Bring water to boil, add all ingredients and reduce heat to medium-high. Cook for about 10 minutes. Top with almond butter, apples, yogurt, cinnamon, maple syrup and some crunch!
