Strawberry & Cream Rhubarb Tartlets. I used a store bought (accidentally vegan?)puff pastry, made a sweet strawberry and rhubarb filling, topped with homemade cashew cream. Super yummy and a perfect compliment to this beautiful spring day!!recipe from @vegnews April issue
