Starting off the week with this HONEY MUSTARD BONE BROTH CHICKEN TENDERS and CRISPY BBQ BONE BROTH POTATOES. Happy Monday loves. Devoured this plate this weekend with my boyfriend. I used @drkellyannpetrucci collagen bone broth powder, a very clean and tasty bone broth powder. Adding the bone broth powder with the spices on the chicken and the potatoes made them so flavorful! Plus added an extra protein, nutrients and crisp! And also this honey mustard dip is BOMB! Recipes below! How was your weekend? What did you do?!

Deets: Chicken: one pound chicken tenders tossed in a tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 2 teaspoons coconut aminos and 2 tablespoons @drkellyannpetrucci collagen bone broth…air fry on 375 for 10 minutes. Potatoes: 1 pound mini potatoes cut up into wedges, tossed in a tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon bbq rub, 2 tablespoons @drkellyannpetrucci collagen bone broth…air fried on 375 for 15 minutes. Honey Mustard sauce: 1 tablespoon dairy-free Greek style yogurt, 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard, 2 tablespoons honey (I used Manuka), 1 teaspoon coconut aminos, 1 clove minced garlic. •
