Starting off Monday with this delicious nourish bowl filled with crunchy garlic chickpeas, roasted sweet potato, tons of fresh spinach, cucumber + a savory sauce ✨I’ve been going out to eat tons since visiting Halifax, so this fresh bowl was totally what I was craving and hit the spot 🙌🏼.
To make 👇🏼:
Toss drained + rinsed chickpeas and chopped sweet potato in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano + salt. Cook at 450 for 25 mins. Meanwhile, make the savory sauce (recipe in my FREE ebook, downloadable in my ‘Ebook’ highlight). Once done, add everything together with any fresh veggies of your choice + enjoy 💛
