Kept it simple and it was GOOD ?? I was so happy to find another use for the peanut sauce that I made for noodles a couple posts back. I love simple meals that have big flavor and are FAST! ? .

1) steam rice of your choice 2) saute extra firm organic tofu 3) saute string beans in small amount oil and salt/pepper 4) drench everything in peanut sauce ? And top with red pepper flakes ???

Peanut Sauce: whisk or blend 1/4 cup peanut butter + 1/4 cup water + 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce or sriracha (spicy alert!) + 3 T low-sodium tamari or soy sauce + 1/8 cup maple syrup + 1 T rice wine vinegar + 2 teaspoon sesame oil ??
