Spicy🔥 Gochujang Tofu Bowl, anyone?

Sending you my warmest regards💗 with this super easy, high protein and healthy bowl. .
~ 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pat dry with paper towel, cut into large cubes
~ 2 tbsp tamari/soy sauce
~ 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
~ 1 tbsp vegan fish sauce (optional)
~ 1/2 tsp gochujang sauce (if you can’t find this, you may substitute with sriracha) ~ salt and pepper to taste
In a shallow pan, mix tamari, maple syrup, gochujang and fish sauce (if using) until well combined. Add tofu cubes and let marinade for at least 30 mins, I did mine overnight, flipping them half way. In a heated pan with 2 tsp avocado oil, pan fry each cube until lightly brown. Season iif needed. You may have extra liquid which you can turn them into sauce for your rice. Serve with charred grilled broccoli and warm basmati rice. .
