❤️Sorry lovelies I’ve been having issues with my IG account. I’ve now reloaded the App and I’m sharing this tofu bowl again.❤️Happy Saturday.😘
🌱Tofu Tonkatsu, garlicky bok choy, toasted sesame rice noodles and sugar snap peas.
🌱Tofu Recipe: Press one 14oz block of tofu to remove excess liquid (or buy pre-pressed sprouted tofu). Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Coat in olive oil and bake on parchment-lined baking sheet at 400F until golden. 🌱Sauce Recipe: Whisk in small saucepan on medium-low heat until heated through: 1/3 cup tomato paste, 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce, 2 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce, 2-3 tsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sriracha, 2-3 tsp mirin. Adjust according to taste. Mix baked tofu and sauce together and serve. . . . . .
