SMOKEY TEMPEH BOWL ✨ Just got back to Toronto and about to go grocery shopping to restock my entire fridge after being away for a few weeks 🙌🏼 I have a few super busy weeks coming up, so I’ll be relying on bowls like this throughout the week, consisting of smokey tempeh, roasted sweet potato, any veggies I have lying around + a tahini lemon drizzle 🌿 I make enough tempeh to have leftovers, and then repurpose these delicious strips for sandwiches (which I had last night!), stir fries or as a part of breakfast 🙌🏼 Cooking once and eating twice (or three or four times) is what I’m allllll about ✨.
