. For the beans
– 1can (230g drained) black beans
– 1 tbsp cumin, ground
– 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
For the avo mash
– 1 avocado
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– 1 pinch pepper, ground
For serving
– 4 whole wheat or corn tortillas
– Coriander
– Chili
– Corn kernels
STEPS
1. Mash avocado in a bowl together with spices and lime, set aside
2. Wash and drain beans, cook them with spices and a splash of water until warm OR just combine beans with spices to eat cold
3. Serve in wheat or corn tortillas together with avo mash, coriander, corn, chili & coriander
