Sharing this LOADED sweet and savory smoked salmon bowl with paprika garlic RUTABAGA fries and a side of CUMIN LEMON HERB TAHINI dip! (THIS DIP GOES with EVERYTHING…ok well maybe…but it’s bomb!) My meals have been looking a lot like this as of late…I haven’t been as hungry earlier in the day (weird for me..) soooo I have been eating big bowls at lunch most days. Love adding a little sweet to my bowls (blueberries/apples/mango have been my go to). It’s been a busy day…started working at 5:30 this morning and stopped for the gym around 10, showered/ate and back to work! BUT I got a lot accomplished. Happy Monday loves! How was your weekend?!



Deets: organic arugula, smoked salmon, rutabaga fries (tossed in coconut oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and onion powder and baked on 450 for about 30 minutes), Brussels (quickly steamed then seared in ghee, salt, pepper and coconut aminos), tomatoes, avocado, micro greens, @vitalfarms egg and this sauce. Tahini sauce: 1/2 cup tahini from @nomadsmarketplace, 1/3 cup veggie or chicken broth (could use water too), juice of one lemon, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos (or tamari soy sauce), 1/3 cup fresh dill. Blend together until smooth. •
