Sauce: 1 T sesame oil, 2 T low sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup liquid aminos, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 2 T rice vinegar, 2 T maple syrup, 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter. Whisk together very well until smooth. ??

Add this sauce to 3/4 package of cooked soba noodles, 4 cup steamed broccoli florets, 1/2 pound snow peas sauteed in a bit of sesame oil, 1/2 cup edamame, 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Top with 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts, 1/3 cup thinly sliced scallions, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, and 1 T sesame seeds. ??
