Seriously wishing I had leftovers from this LEMON GARLIC TAHINI PASTA salad with PESTO SHRIMP from last night! For now, I’m snacking my way through another day of recipe testing ? Seriously, probably one of the best pastas I’ve made in so long and this sauce took FIVE MINUTES…even my boyfriend who isn’t much of a Tahini or lemon fan went for thirds ? It would be great as a dressing as well. The secret ingredient was a small amount of Maca powder from @mrm_usa! The slight earthy-caramel note from the maca balanced this sauce right out. Plus, the shrimp of course were perfect on top ? happy Wednesday loves! I’ve got some big projects I am working on this week. Soooo back to the kitchen it is. Enjoy your Wednesday!



Deets: Greens topped with chickpea pasta, tomatoes, peas and grilled shrimp tossed in my cilantro pesto (posted last week). Lemon Tahini Garlic Sauce: • 1/4 cup Tahini
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
• 2 teaspoons lemon zest • 2 cloves garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup water • 1/2 teaspoon @mrm_usa maca powder.
Directions: place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until very smooth. •
