SEAFOOD SUNDAY!! CAJUN SRIRACHA SHRIMP and LEMON DILL CHIMICHURRI ZOODLES! First real “meal” aside from breakfast in our new place! If you saw my stories I moved this weekend! We are pretty settled and I spent 15 hours unpacking yesterday ? BUT I got it done. Did some stories showing off my kitchen cuz I’m proud of my hard work ? Not always the most organized person! Deets: Greens, roasted tomatoes, Cajun sriracha shrimp (seasoned with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder and sriracha sauce then sautéed in ghee on medium high for 2 minutes per side), olives, and zoodles in this chimichurri. Sauce: 1 cup fresh dill, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pepper and a dash of red pepper flakes. Blended in my @mealthy immersion blender. •
