SALMON SUNDAY with allllll the crispy kale, crispy potatoes and a LEMON DILL TAHINI dip! Happy Sunday loves ❤️ just got back from a long trail walk with one of my best friends in the sunshine before it rained, and had this bowl before I left today. I had a hankering for some crispy kale and potatoes and thus this bowl was born 🙃 I have also been in an olive kick and it’s not stopping anytime soon…. 🤷‍♀️ Anyone else love olives? I hope you all had an amazing weekend and are relaxing today or at least enjoying ❤️ Tell me something you did this weekend! •


Deets: crispy pan seared Wild salmon (see highlights for my method), crispy roasted potatoes seasoning with thyme/salt/tossed in coconut oil and roasted in cast iron for about 25 minutes shaking the pan every few minutes to get all sides crispy, crispy roasted kale tossed in a drizzle of olive oil and @primalpalate new bae seasoning and roasted in cast iron for about 15 mins shaking the pan ever few minutes, roasted tomatoes, olives, and this delicious lemon dill tahini dip. Dip: 3 tablespoon @seedsofcollaboration tahini, 1/4 cup of almond milk yogurt, one tablespoon dill, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon coconut aminos, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon dill. Whisk together until smooth. •
