Relying on this easy peanut-lime rice noodle nourish bowl to get me through this busy week ✨ I know I always say nourish bowls are easy (and they really are), but this one is seriously simple ?? This bowl relies on frozen veggies, frozen edamame + rice noodles to make this super affordable, easy and delicious ?.
To make ??:
In a pan on medium heat sauté frozen edamame (or microwave). Cook until heated through (~5 mins). Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to boil and cook noodles as per package instructions. In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients from my peanut lime sauce- recipe in my free ebook under ‘Ebook’ highlights! Chop any veggies of your choice. Combine all ingredients and enjoy! ?
