?Crust
24cm (9.5”) tart mould
1cup (150g) raw walnuts
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp raw cacao nib
3 tbsp (30g) melted raw cacao butter
4-5 dates (pitted)
1/8 tsp pink salt

?White chocolate filling:
2 cup (240g) raw cashews (soaked 2-5 hours and rinsed)
8 tbsp (80g) melted raw cacao butter
1+1/4 cup (300ml) coconut cream
6 tbsp maple syrup or raw agave
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
strawberries
pinch of pink salt.

?Instructions:
In a food processor place every ingredient for the crust, and process until well processed but still slightly crumbly. Press the crust into the bottom of the mold. In a blender place every ingredient for the filling except strawberries and blend well until smooth. Layer the filling above the crust. Place strawberries on top. Cool it in the freezer until it sets.
