Protein packed oats! These are peanut buttery and COLD for these hot hot summer days. This is my shortcut overnight oats. ?? So delicious and nutritious ? ?? Let it sit in a mason jar on your way to work, to thicken up OR while your morning unfolds ?? Mix 1/2 cup dry rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk, 2 T pb2 peanut flour, 1.5 T chia seeds, and top with 2 T slivered almonds or any nuts, and 1/3 cup each blueberries and raspberries. This bowl has 19g protein, 16g fat, and 53g carbs. Talk about a full breakfast ??
