POMEGRANATE OATS ✨ It’s pomegranate season, and that makes me very happy 🙌🏼 pomegranates are high in vitamin C, potassium and magnesium and I’ve always been a huge fan, but absolutely hateeee getting the seeds out. I’ve found that the best (and cleanest) way to do this is by scoring the pomegranate with a knife along the divets of its flesh, then pulling it open submerged in a big bowl of water. You can then pull apart the seeds from the flesh under the water so that juice doesn’t get everywhere, and the flesh will float to the top while the seeds will float to the bottom! ✨ How do you open your pomegranate?
