How to simple VEG SOUP:
•Pick your favorite veg. I chose Yukon gold potatoes, carrots and kale.
•Either use your favorite veg broth or I like to combine water + veg bouillon paste.
•I was inspired by a recipe in @forksoverknives cook book: Caldo verde Portuguese potato and kale soup. They threw in a cinnamon stick into the broth so I did too, it adds amazing flavor ✨
•Top with lime juice •
