Peanut butter chocolatey crispy bars. 😍 Making it my mission to find puffed rice or soy crispies asap so I can make this! I’m going to try it with maple syrup as I don’t have date syrup. Recipe by @aspoonfulofhealth_
100g (2 heaping tbs) peanut butter
65g (3tbs) date syrup
1 tbs coconut oil
100g soy crispies or puffed rice 100g dark chocolate
1. Melt pb, syrup and coconut oil in a bowl over simmering water. Stir in soy crispies, press into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Melt the dark chocolate. When the 30 minutes are up, spread chocolate over crispy mixture. Put back in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then you can slice it with a sharp knife. Keep it in the fridge.
