Peanut butter chia oatmeal
1/2 cup porridge oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
pinch of himalayan salt
In a pan combine the oats and chia seeds, pour the hot water and let soak for 10 minutes (all the liquid will get absorbed). Add all the remaining ingredients, stir well, bring to a boil and let simmer for few minutes, stirring frequently.
