Pasta party! Is anyone as sad as I am, that pasta salad season is coming to an end? 😥❤🍃 Soooo, need to share one last one. Well, no promises that this is the last one 😜 Recipe below! Use brown rice pasta or chickpea pasta for extra nutrition. There’s nothing like pasta to make Mondays a weeee bit better 🌅🌈😍

Recipe: 1 box cooked pasta, 1 5.75 oz. jar pitted kalamata olives roughly chopped, 2 pints cherry tomatoes halved, 1.5 seedless cucumbers thinly sliced, 1 24 oz. jar roasted red peppers. Dressing is 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1/2 cup olive oil, juice of 2.5 lemons, 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper, 2 teaspoons each dried basil and oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Add fresh basil or pasta to garnish, and extra lemon juice just before serving. 🍅😍🍃
