Pan-seared sea scallops, crispy cauliflower gnocchi, and oven-roasted broccoli for tonight’s post-gym din 👏🏻🥰 If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know that scallops are my favorite savory food under the sun, and I love them most when seared in a quality olive oil 👌🏻. My go-to is @bertolli_us, which is cultivated from olives that adhere to USDA organic standards, and imparts a deep, rich flavor to food while packing a heart-healthy anti-inflammatory punch. It’s my favorite cooking oil for all these reasons! ☺️⠀

whatsonmyplate: seared sea scallops (in a pan, heat 1 tablespoon @bertolli_us organic olive oil over medium high heat for one minute; while oil is heating, use a paper towel to pat fresh sea scallops dry; season scallops with sea salt, if desired, and add to the hot pan; sear for 2-3 minutes, flip, and sear another 2-3 minutes) •• crispy cauliflower gnocchi (there’s a cooking tutorial in my story highlights 🎥) •• oven-roasted broccoli 🥦.⠀
