Packaged ramen, revamped ✨ A few weeks ago I shared my philosophy about eating packaged/pre-made food, and today was a perfect example of how I implement that! I got home from a morning of rushing around and needed something to eat, stat 👀.
I saw these ramen noodles in my cupboard and decided to jazz them up a little and boost the nutrition by adding frozen broccoli, frozen edamame, and sliced mushrooms to the water while it was boiling. I cooked the ramen as usual, per package instructions, and was left with a much more satisfying + nourishing meal had I just had the ramen package alone.
