Ohhh yeah. Beet Burgers & Baby Hasselback Potatoes for dinner last night? ? My first time making beet Burgers and they were a success ?Beets, brown rice & green lentils and lots of other yummy stuff cooked in a cast iron till you get a bit of char. Perfect..I could have went with fries on the side, but went fancy with the hasselbacks ‘cause why not on a snow day. I got the time. No animals harmed, peace begins on the plate ✌?❤️•
