Nutrition isn’t one size fits all ✨ This is an idea I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. Sure, there are things that we know relatively universally to be true- that we need certain nutrients to thrive, that fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds are good for most of us, that we need to stay hydrated to function well, but there’s so many other things that impact our food choices. What our schedules are like, who we live with, how often we can grocery shop, our jobs, access to certain foods, budget, what we grew up eating, the list goes on and on ✨.
.
When we work together in one-on-one nutrition counseling, I take all of these factors into account to help you with personalized goals to feel your best. We take into consideration real life barriers, and things that impact your choices. I trust that you know what feels good for your body, while also helping you set goals to MAXIMIZE what you’re eating to help you feel amazing, and help your body do its job 🙌🏼 I help you on your journey with plant-based nutrition, whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or simply wanting to incorporate more plant-based foods into your everyday eating pattern, and it’s not a one size fits all approach 🌿 Click the link in my bio to schedule a FREE 15-minute discovery call, or feel free to reach out to discuss it further! ✨
