Nothing beats a RAMEN on a chilly day. Happy Monday loves! Been out and about all day running around and I am HUNGRY, so until I get home I’ll be dreaming of this cozy bowl from a few weeks back. I love a good ramen, and so happy when it’s EASY but healthy too! These ramen cups are gluten free and clean and freaking delicious. Added some leftover crispy salmon, veggies and an egg and it was perfect!!! see my highlights for salmon and egg techniques. •


Deets: @lotusfoods curry ramen…made according to package. Poured over some greens and topped with some crispy salmon, snap peas, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, cilantro, scallions and a soft boiled egg!
