How about an easy and flavorful noodle dish to celebrate Friday? 🍜🙋

Topped with toasted cashews, avocado and cilantro 🍃🌿 The quick recipe is below! Enjoy your day 🌿💜🎉

INGREDIENTS:
Sauce
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 T water
3 T rice wine vinegar
2-3 T coconut aminos to taste
1 T light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 T sriracha

1/2 lb. noodles
2.5 cups finely shredded red cabbage
2.5 cups steamed green beans cut in thirds
Garnish optional: toasted cashews (1/3 cup), chopped cilantro (1/3 cup), 1 avocado sliced, red chili flakes to taste

Cook noodles. While water boiling, whisk sauce ingredients together. Then in a large pan with a bit of oil, add red cabbage and cook until just wilted. Add green beans and sprinkle with salt and pepper. When noodles done, drain and add sauce and veggies. Gently toss and top with cilantro, avocado, toasted cashews and red chili flakes. 🌿🍃🌿🍃
