No HASSLE in this SALMON SUNDAY —-KALE CAESAR style!!! Used my TAHINI CAESAR dressing for this dinner last night and it was perfect! Hope you all had a great weekend. I had a fainting incident yesterday ?morning and hurt my back, not sure what’s going on, but I’ve been trying to relax and do some #selfcaresunday. Hoping to figure out what’s going on, but in the meantime taking good care of myself. What did you do this weekend? Also—What do you do to relax???



Deets: kale lightly steamed and tossed in my dresssing, hassleback potatoes (see highlights for my method) seasoned with salt, thyme, pepper and garlic powder, tomatoes, avocado, pumpkin seeds and seared @salmonandsable wild salmon seasoned with zaatar (see highlights for my crispy salmon technique). Dressing: 1/3 cup @artisanaorganics raw tahini (also works with cashew butter), 1/3 cup warm water, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon @kitehillfoods almond milk yogurt, 1 teaspoon @sirkensingtons mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 3 cloves garlic. Blend until smooth and add more water if needed. •
