Meal prep saving the day once again ✨ I made these BBQ mushroom veggies burgers by @minimalistbaker last night and they are SO ?? GOOD ?? Served with toast (because too lazy to go get buns), some kale, cucumber and (you guessed it) cabbage slaw, alongside some cut up carrots + celery ✨.

While I’m the first to admit that I love veggies in pretty much every form- roasted, in soups, salads, curries, steamed etc- sometimes I’m just too busy to go through that effort. In these times, I opt for easy raw veggies OR just go without and recognize that it’s what we do MOST of the time that really counts ✨ A meal without veggies once in a while won’t make a difference on your health, and the peace of mind that we get from listening to our bodies and not sweating the small stuff is probably much healthier than any veggie ever could be ✨
