Matzo Pizza for a late night snack ❤️My dad use to make a version of this for my sisters and I when we were kids. We would start to complain about how sick and tired we were of eating matzah, and that we felt as if we were turning into matzah. Drama. Anyway, he would make this, and all was good. Tomato sauce, diced tomato, red onions, fresh basil, and my favorite fresh VeganMozz @miyokos_kitchen all on one crispy square piece of edible cardboard.
