On a personal note, I haven’t posted for a couple of weeks. Lately, I have been feeling uninspired, overwhelmed, and creating content has became a chore. But let me explain, after the death of my daughter Carly, almost 11 years ago, I battle anxiety and PTSD everyday. I kick these demons to the curb daily, but sometimes I’m not able because I’m human. Over time and as my account grew larger, social media has contributed to the exact feelings that I struggle to overcome- I.e fear of failure, fear that I need to do more etc. Like many of you, I have lots of different roles and responsibilities in my life. I love creating and sharing, but why am I taking it to a place where all enjoyment is lost? No thanks. I’m a work in progress and I need to make some changes. The main goal of my account is to spread vegan goodness, to be creative by showing the beauty of plant based foods, sharing recipes with friends, and supporting others on this platform. That’s it, it’s that simple. I’m here trying to live my best possible life.
