I was so pumped to see this new pesto at Aldi ?? I love the Trader Joe’s vegan one and the Aldi one is similar but has a sightly different texture because it’s got avocado in it! Both are delicious in my opinion ? I made a little lemon garlic combo, let the shrimp marinate in it for 10 minutes, and then got the zoodles ready ?? I use my @kitchenaidusa spiralizer attachment to make zoodles and it’s the best but there are cheap options on Amazon too! Perfect simple meal after an evening run before bachelor in paradise again tonight ? Hope you guys had a good day! ⠀

In a bowl, mix together 1 lb shrimp, 1 tbsp melted ghee, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 lemon squeezed on top. Mix it all together then let it sit for 10 minutes. Heat a skillet over low medium heat. Spiralize your zoodles while you wait. Then once the shrimp is ready, add to a pan and cook for 8-10 minutes. Get out of the pan, set aside, add the zoodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Topped with @aldiusa avocado pesto ? ?
