125 g soft margarine
125 g sugar or other sweetener
250 g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the filling:
500 g curd
150 g sugar or other sweetener
150 g margarine (melted)
1 pack of custard powder
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Grease the muffin tray.
I had used tartlet moldings.
Whisk butter with sugar until fluffy. Stir in the egg. Mix the flour and baking powder together and fold under the dough, knead into a dough. Wrap in foil and chill for 30 minutes.
For the quark and sugar filling, stir until creamy with a hand mixer or food processor. Stir in melted butter. Then stir in the eggs one by one and fold in the custard powder.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a lightly floured work surface approx. ½ – 1 cm thick. Cut out 12 circles with a tea glass and place the dough circles in the muffin cases.
Spread the filling evenly over the muffin cases. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° top / bottom heat for approx. 25 – 30 minutes and let cool.
