It’s Fryday and I’ll I’m craving are these sweet potato fries with maple Dijon dipping sauce ✨ This week has felt a little off for me (probably because of lack of routine, lack of running and some things changing around here), so I’m really looking forward to the weekend to rest and recharge ?? How was your week?! ✨.

To make ??:
Slice sweet potatoes into fries. Toss with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, cayenne, salt + pepper (all to taste), then bake at 450F for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup + the juice of 1/2 lemon. Enjoy! ?
