Slice sweet potato into fry shape and toss with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder + salt. Bake at 450F for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together 1 small avocado, 2 tsp vegan mayo, 1/4 tsp garlic powder + the juice of 1/2 lime. Serve together + enjoy!?
