Hump Day PAPRIKA SALMON BOWL with MAPLE SRIRACHA SESAME SOY CAULIFLOWER STEAK! Actually I ate this Monday, butttt it’s too delicious not to share. This cauliflower was so perfect, and it has a caramelized crunch because I sprinkled the outside with some ground up gluten free crackers from @germinal.organic. I don’t make cauliflower steaks enough…but definitely need to change that. When you roast them for about 40 minutes after marinating they get so tender. Sharing this recipe below. I am making some big changes in my life…starting with the direction of my brand. YouTube and a Cookbook are beginning to surface for me. I know a lot of people want to see HOW-TOs and I’m going to deliver. I am also saying goodbye to some of my current obligations that aren’t serving my soul and putting my focus on those things that are. I’m excited to see where it takes me. Deets: salmon seasoned with paprika, salt and seared in ghee (see highlights for tutorial), greens, Tomato, avocado with hemp seeds and tahini, purple radishes, and these delicious cauliflower. Cut cauliflower into steaks, and marinate for about ten minutes in a mixture of 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 tablespoon sriracha, 2 teaspoons sesame oil and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Place steaks on a parchment lined cookie sheet And sprinkle with ground up gluten free crackers from @germinal.organic and bake on 400 for 40 minutes (flip halfway). •
