How long have you been #vegan and what made you decide to be? ?I’ve been vegan for over 4 years and went vegan overnight after watching Earthlings, which I did for the animals. ???? Though I eventually learned of the environmental impacts, which have helped me stay vegan for planet as well. For those of you who aren’t vegan and are following me on this journey of mine, please say hi and let me know what vegan dishes you love to enjoy! I know veganism isn’t for everyone and we’re all on our different journeys so I totally respect everyone’s personal choices; simply being aware of how our choices impact this planet and choosing to enjoy one vegan meal every now and then can already create such a positive impact.
Anyway, it’s World Vegan Day ?and I’m also sharing a NEW RECIPE for these Twice-Baked Potato Halves with a Tahini Dill Sauce, that are perfect for snacking and a really delicious finger food. Really enjoyed snacking on these while I was getting some work, and wish I could’ve made more than 12. ?I also used some vegan cheese to make them really cheesy and flavourful, then added a dollop of tahini dill sauce on top of each after cooking.
